It is Aloha Friday over at An Island Life. Yea for Friday and double yea that it is MOPS week in my town!

QUESTION: Were you spanked as a child? AND Are you/Do you spank your children now?

ANSWER: I was spanked as a child. I am not going to spank my children.

I remember being spanked only once in my childhood. Do I spank my child right now, He's 3 and I have.

Spanking is an easy way out and shows violence as an answer. My kids definitely tested my.

no on both sides I do not agree with spanking but look for an alternative that works

yes and yes. i try to use it as a last resort, but it's often the only way to get one of my extremely stubborn kids' attention.
yes and we've tried it as a last resort, and it didn't really work...probably won't try it again
